Delete Your TruckSpot Account

Option 1 — In the app: Log in → Dashboard → Settings → Delete my account. This immediately and permanently removes your vendor profile, menu, photos, schedule, specials, followers, and analytics.

Option 2 — Request it here: Enter the email address on your account below and submit. We will verify the request and delete your account and data within 30 days, then confirm by email.

What gets deleted: your profile, login credentials, menus, photos, schedules, specials, follower relationships, and analytics history.

What we may keep: records we are legally required to retain (such as billing records for paid subscriptions) and booking inquiry records already shared with customers, kept only as long as the law requires.
