Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026
By using TruckSpot (truckspotfinder.com and the TruckSpot mobile app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. TruckSpot is operated by TruckSpot Finder Inc., (“TruckSpot,” “we,” “us”).
1. The service
TruckSpot is a platform that displays food truck locations, menus, specials, schedules, and related information, and provides business tools for food truck vendors. We are a directory and software platform — we do not prepare, sell, or deliver food, and we are not a party to any transaction between customers and vendors.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 to create a vendor account and at least 13 to use the service. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3. Vendor responsibilities
Vendors are solely responsible for: the accuracy of their listings (menus, prices, hours, locations); holding all required licenses, permits, and insurance for their food business; food safety and quality; and fulfilling any catering or event bookings they accept. TruckSpot does not verify vendor licensing and makes no guarantees about any vendor.
4. Location sharing
Vendors who use the live location feature understand their truck’s location will be displayed publicly while they are set to “live.” Vendors control when they go live and offline.
5. Bookings and payments
Catering and event inquiries submitted through TruckSpot are requests for contact only. Any agreement, pricing, deposit, or payment is strictly between the customer and the vendor. Paid TruckSpot vendor subscriptions are billed as described on our pricing page; you may cancel anytime and your plan remains active through the end of the billing period.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries relating to orders, payments, invoices, taxes and refunds, and is the seller of record for those purchases. Purchases are also subject to Paddle’s buyer terms. Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Content
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, menus, descriptions, reviews) and grant TruckSpot a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and distribute it as part of operating the service. Do not post content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or abusive. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
7. Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Vendors may not post fake reviews of their own or competitors’ trucks.
8. Acceptable use
No scraping, reverse engineering, interfering with the service, or using it for unlawful purposes.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that listings, locations, hours, or availability are accurate or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckSpot’s total liability for any claim arising out of the service will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any dispute between customers and vendors.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
